Air board asked to de-list chemical as carcinogen

The Louisville Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing Wednesday on a proposal to take a chemical used in some Rubbertown plants off its list of carcinogens. The public hearing will be at 10 am at the district offices, 850 Barret Ave.
